Is our current discussion and hyperfocus on ’diversity and inclusion’ a REAL indication that change is happening in corporate America? Does the feminism movement belong in the workplace? Are African Americans in leadership roles as the token ’face’ of diversity, or do they really have the power to make a difference? And, am I the only one wondering how white men feel about all of this? (stop rolling your eyes...)
In this podcast, I’m talking about all of the things we’re secretly thinking when it comes to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. As always, I’ll be adding my unconventional insights to challenge the status quo, and expand our thinking on all things DEI. You don’t want to miss it!

S4E2- Easier to Fool a Man, Than to Convince Him He’s Been Fooled
This episode features Mark Twain quotes, real life experiences of trying to convince people that they have been fooled and yes, it is hard to open people’s eyes to the truth when their minds are set like concrete on the foolery they have been introduced to. Combine that with race, politics and concepts, boom. Instant confusion.

Customer Reviews
In-depth brave analysis
I haven’t seen anyone cut through the chaff like Dr Brandi. Asking deep questions that corporations don’t want to deal with. She calls out the superficial/performative displays that have flooded corporate America. Dr Brandi actually cares about helping minorities do well, and holding corporate America to account.
Thank you so much.
