NuView Trust - Self-Directed IRAs with Jason DeBono
Self-directed IRAs are a very interesting investment tool. I chat with VP of NuView Trust, Jason DeBono, about all the ways a self-directed IRA can be leveraged and the unique role it can play in the business planning of real estate professionals and other small business owners.
COVID-19 Economic Impact w/Bob Barone
The world is in a strange new place and the pandemic has had a lot of ripple effects. One of the biggest ones, on everyone's mind, is the economy.
Back on the show to walk us through this complex picture, is economist Bob Barone.
Mindfulness with Colleen Camenisch - Ep 83
We humans tend to live our lives on autopilot and aren't really present to what's around us or what we're experiencing. If that wasn't bad enough, we tend to let stress, anxiety, and anger rule our behaviors, instead of intentional choices.
Stress-Free Remodeling w/Emma Auriemma-McKay - Ep 82
Remodel versus renovation, which sounds more complicated? Remodeling involves moving walls and drastically altering a property. Renovation applies to updating/upgrading the features of a property (cabinets, counters, flooring).
PM Series Pt 3 - Risk Reduction with Jan Mackenzie - Ep 81
Risk is scary and it keeps people out of all sorts of industries. For those who are knee-deep, or even toe-deep, into property management, your liability is huge.
I review all that fun stuff with my favorite property management goddess, Jan Mackenzie, of the Mackenzie-Ross Group.
R4 2020 with Jesse Morales - Ep 80
I'm sitting out this year and skipping the RE/MAX International Convention. Luckily an agent that I met last year, who has just moved over to my same brokerage, is going and he's game to share his experience.
I picked Jesse's brain before he left to get a sense of his expectations of the convention and then chatted with him after he got back to debrief.

Clear headed thinking
I have listened to so many podcasts and then along comes another recommendation. What is they saying, “you have to kiss a lot of frogs before you find a princess”? Or something like that.
Well after listening to 3 episodes this gal knows here stuff. I bet that she is a very tough negotiator and clearly has learned a lot in 10 years. At the same time she has a heart and is darn clear on here thinking. Look forward to my next education.
Give it a try
Is should be said that only one episode of this podcast has been released as of this review and, that being said, the pilot episode of “Do It and Be Glad You Did” shows incredible promise. Shauna Ganes is vivacious and charming. While I will be interested to see what she shares about real estate, I am happy that it will presented with energy and personality.
I may update this review after I’ve had the opportunity to hear a few more.
