This podcast was created for the people who believe life can be extraordinary, despite adversity. I created this podcast to help people see that no matter what they've been through, they can overcome and live an intentional and beautiful life. I believe we all have a story to tell, and this is mine. I'm Lauren L'Heureux, owner and CEO of La.Rue, a lifestyle, business, and branding studio for women entrepreneurs.
The Do the Damn Thing Podcast will return Feb 1, 2023!

How I Built My Intentional Living Foundation
Time and time again, I've shared with you the intimate details of my intentional living journey, and how that journey has evolved over the last three years since it began. In today's episode, I'm talking about how I was able to build a foundation that supports me with unwavering confidence, through every change, experience, and circumstance that comes my way. I talk about the beginning of this journey and how the details of the journey have changed over the years, but foundation of intentionality hasn't.

Letting Go of the Pressure
All to often, we put this unwelcome pressure on ourselves to be perfect, show up perfect, and act perfect. But life isn't perfect and it's not realistic. In this episode, I'm sharing all of the ways I've felt imperfect in my life over the last few weeks, and how I plan to on addressing it. It's not fair to put ourselves in the position to show up 1000% to everything. Sometimes, one aspect of your life is going to take that 90, and only 10% is left for the rest. I'm here to tell you that's okay.

THIS IS TWENTY SIX!!!
Ring in my 26th Birthday with me!!! In this very exciting, very special episode of the podcast, I’m coming to you on my birthday. It’s been an extraordinary year, and I’m filled with abundance and gratitude as I share my reflections on the last year of my life, and the goals I’m setting as I step into twenty six. I want to take this opportunity to thank each and everyone of you that show up each week to learn, grow, and live intentionally.
My advice to you… never stop pushing boundaries. Never stop pushing your limits, stepping out of your comfort zone, and working towards your biggest dreams. I am here to support you, and so is La.Rue.

A Life Changer!
I have recommended this podcast to everyone I know! Lauren is so inspiring and I look up to her so much. She’s real, vulnerable, and so encouraging. I love coming to this space and listening every week!
Take it with a grain of salt
While I don’t necessarily disagree with the advice given on this podcast, treat it like advice from a friend. Lauren is very young and speaks from personal experience but is not licensed or trained to be helping you through trauma. If anyone who has experienced trauma is qualified to help you through trauma, everyone would be qualified. I find life coaching to be a bit manipulative and like a cash grab, your money would be better spent going to a licensed therapist or psychologist.
One of the few podcasts on my list
I get bored very easily and so I only have a few podcasts I listen to every week and this is one of them. I LOVE all her content on instagram so I really enjoy listening to a part of her life on here. I would definitely recommend 😄
