After a difficult childhood, Deketrice Jackson developed obsessions with different women and struggled with feelings of unworthiness. After several failed relationships, "Dee" focused on a woman she had met only one time. An obsession developed leading to Dee following the woman, and leaving gifts a her home. Upon seeing a man enter her house, Dee attempted to observe the couple with Binoculars. She was arrested by Springfield Police. Cpl. David Hatch led the investigation.
