You've got to praise their effort, but . . . ugh!
Obviously done on the cheap, but I can't fault anyone for that. Decent (not stellar, but decent) concepts as well, and I can't fault anyone for that either. I can, however, fault those involved in the creation of this podcast for bad accents (Is the actor portraying Leela British or not? She seems to have a more believable accent in the behind-the-scenes episodes.) and worse acting. I'm not sure if they are paying homage to Dr. Who or sending it up.
