With that, it's unfortunately now time to look ahead at what is set to be a busy offseason for the LA front office. But first, we look back at the 2021 season and where things really started going wrong for these Dodgers.
Injures tell the greater story of the campaign with Dustin May being the biggest early loss. Despite that happening all the way back in May, it just might have proven to be most costly in October. The narrow view, short version of the story sees LA relying heavily on Walker Buehler and Julio Urias without a quality young innings eater like Dustin around which led to the pair of aces burning out when it mattered most.
