Gives so much hope for future of the social work profession

Hearing the interviews of this podcast has made me so hopeful because hearing directly from the front line social workers is so uplifting. I especially loved the latest episode (#16) with Elissa Hardy from the Denver Public Libraries. I had read about having social workers in libaries but not really in a detailed way. Hearing her talk about it and how their program has grown is so exciting. What important work her and her team are doing!
