It's essential to be focused, committed, and disciplined to succeed in any uncertain times. By taking control of our lives, we can improve not only our lives but also the lives of those we serve. Discussed in this episode: Inflation and concerns about the banking system are causing uncertainty. We can't control what the government or banks are doing, but we can control how we prepare for challenging times. We can create a business plan to deal with uncertainty in interest rates and lock in fixed rates. Success during uncertain times requires focus, commitment, and discipline. We should ask ourselves how we can show up and be the best we can be, and take small actions towards achieving our goals every day.     In this episode, we discuss different forms of "passive income" and what we believe to be actual true Passive Income.  Here are a few points from this episode: Passive income is seen as a desirable way of generating wealth without having to actively work for it. The idea of passive income is often associated with buying property and renting it out, but it may not be as passive as it seems as there are still expenses and maintenance to consider. Money market accounts may not be the best option for generating passive income as inflation rates may negate any interest earned. Investing in the stock market can generate passive income over the long term, but it is volatile and requires a long-term strategy. Real estate investment can also be a way to generate passive income, but managing the property and associated expenses may not make it as passive as anticipated.
