    In this episode Ellie shares 4 quick tips to set you up for healthy success this year. 


    TIP #1 Set intentions

    TIP #2 Up-level Ingredients 
    Staying healthy during the holidays does NOT have to mean deprivation. There are SO many swap recipes and ingredient swaps you can make to up-level your favorite holiday recipes. 

    The main way to staying energized and not gain weight over the holidays is to balance your blood sugar avoid vegetable/seed oils, and major inflammation triggers like gluten. 


    TIP #3 Worth It Foods 
    When it comes to the Holidays, the all or none mindset can start to set in.
    "Well I ate that piece of pie, so I might as well gorge on everything and start over Monday." 

    Trade the "Cheat Day" / "All or nothing" mindset for mindful indulgences. 


    Tip #4 Plan the Day After! 

    The reason most people gain weight or feel low energy for the holidays is not because of 1 holiday meal. It's the slippery slope after that meal that leads to weeks off the wagon of our goals. Set yourself up to come back to your higher self  and feel good ASAP
