I am SO grateful for this podcast!

I cannot express enough how much this podcast has helped me. Sugar and emotional eating have been a struggle my whole life, and I love how raw and real Ellie is and that she shares practical tools. Not just theory, you can tell she’s actually dealt with this. This podcast remotivates me when I’m feeling down and reminds me of what I need to do when I forget.
