A moment of what i call slavery of the boy, man, husband, grandpa, uncle, male leaders in our lives to 'take it'.
A moment to digest that when God ordained the man into Lordship, he did not mean he is immune to what a human being goes through, when he bestowed strength in him he did not say he can do all things through himself, when he created him, he did not say he should walk alone, he did not take away his need to cry, be afraid, confide, be protected, exhalted, make mistakes and be supported.
He is strong because of his physique not his emotions.
He does not cry not because he does not have emotions but because he is afraid of judgement.
He is not insensitive because he does not feel it but his emotions have been trained to disregard his own and thus thinks he should do the same to others.
He cheats not because he is a man but because he was taught animosity as his core feature to freedom and entitlement.
He keeps up appearances not because he is too proud, he doesn't communicate and does not make time to feed his soul because he is protecting what he too, does not understand.
He is not weak, he has been made by the same hands and given the same features as that of a human being.
