How Leaders Successfully Introduce Themselves
First impressions are everything. How you introduce yourself as a new leader to your team or organization directly affects success and outcomes.
In this episode Richard shares tactics on how to get off on the right foot and making an impactful impression.
It's less about you and your qualifications and all about listening, asking great questions, and building trust and mutual respect.
Richard does such a good job covering a variety of topics. The guests offer valuable insight as well. I would recommend this podcast to anyone looking to be inspired and informed!
Too much waste and unnecessary repeating
He keeps repeating the same irrelevant stuff, not concise at all, there is something useful but you gotta to spend the time to listen through the irrelevant repeating stuff. For example, he took five minutes on the fact that he didn’t go for certification but he’s not bashing people who do, say it once, we got it, no need to keep repeating. Not recommend if you are very time sensitive and want to achieve more in less time.
An Absolute Must!
A unique leadership podcast in that Richard explores every aspect of leadership, life, and the hardships we all face in our own leadership journey. His diverse selection of guests on the show all offer a unique perspective that always tie back to his fundamentals and his 5 C’s of Leadership. This podcast is for anyone at any stage in life. Whether you are just starting your journey of embracing your own leadership, or are a seasoned expert, each episode will leave you with valuable and applicable takeaways.
