Dr Moran graduated as a vet from the University of Sydney in 1995. After several years in practice both in Australia and Great Britain she went on to gain her memberships from the Australian and New Zealand College of Veterinary Scientists in 2006, her graduate diploma in Animal Chiropractic from RMIT in Melbourne in 2009 and has completed a course in Tui Na Chinese Massage in 2009. She became a part owner of Mona Vale Vet Hospital on the Northern Beaches in Sydney in 2012 and has also completed a neurology course through Massey University, gained her certificate in Veterinary Acupuncture in 2017 and graduated as a Certified Canine Rehabilitation Therapist in 2019. Alison has a special interest in rehabilitation and pain management, particularly in relation to maintaining mobility in older dogs and cats and providing long term relief of chronic pain.
