Dr. Birgitte Tan – Handling Grief With Ease During Covid-19 Dream Power Radio

These have been trying times for a lot of us. The disruption in our everyday lives have caused our emotions to run all over the place; from anger to frustration to joy and then back to anger. But we may not be aware that underlying all of that is a sense of grief. Unless we take actions to confront that grief, our days will continue to be filled with inertia and unease.

So how do we grapple with sadness and pain of grief? A lot of us are aware of the groundbreaking Five Stages of Grief pioneered by Elisabeth Kübler-Ross and may want to use that as a way of coming to terms with the crazy times we’re living in. My guest on this episode of Dream Power Radio, Grief Counsellor Dr. Birgitte Tan, maintains this method doesn’t really help us get back to living our dream lives. She’s developed a different way to help people transform their tears to treasures.
