Utterly flabbergasted ,

High performing

I first heard Dr. Bubbs on Ben Greenfield’s podcast. I’ve since subscribed and have thoroughly enjoyed it - it’s one of my favorite podcasts to listen to.

My only request is that he offer a little more practical knowledge / application for the weekend warriors. Obviously, we’re all different and some things will work for certain people and not for others, but when you have on, say, the strength and conditioning coach for a professional hockey team, ask about some set/rep/splits for us to try. What’s generally effective, etc.

Thanks for all the great content and for lining up all the experts you do. Keep it coming.
