Dreams for Life!

I am so thrilled that Dreams for Breakfast is back for another season! I started listening to this podcast about a year and a half ago, at a time when I was stuck in a spiral of bad habits, negative self-talk,, and unfulfilling work. I knew I had more to give, but I had convinced myself that my dreams and goals were unattainable in my current state. Slowly, however, as I listened to Rachel and all the incredible women featured on the podcast preach about leveling up and taking inspired action to go after their goals, I started to believe that it was possible for me to do the same. This show has truly helped me elevate my life in that it has given me the tools to manifest my desires by continuing to push the needle in the direction of my dreams. Thanks to Rachel, I am inspired to be my authentic self on the daily and eat dreams not just for breakfast, but for life!

Could get better

I don't mean to sound nasty, my intention with this message is purely to make a constructive review. I only listened to one episode, the one with Erica Carrico. The content was interesting and the questions were really interesting, but the comments made by the host after answers were so superficial, leaving no room to a further discussion. It sounded more like a Q&A than a proper talk. Besides, those comments were annoying. I believe I heard "I love it" about 8 times.
