Drift Off - Bedtime Stories for Adults

I recently stumbled across this podcast and have enjoyed utilizing it to quiet my mind and body why falling asleep. Following along with the soothing voice quiets focuses my brain on preparing for sleep. 10:10 recommend.

I am so thankful I stumbled upon “Drift Off” to hear Joanne’s soothing voice. I really enjoy the stories about Maida and her friends. I usually fall asleep before the story ends so the next night I try to remember where I left off at. I love that there are no interruptions during the sleep stories!

Hi, just wanted to let you know that I throughly enjoy your bedtime stories. They are soothing and warm , Joanne, your voice is soft , soothing and perfect for sleep stories. I’m a grandmother of three beautiful little girls and when we have sleepovers, and after our chamomile tea, we play one of your story episodes, they listen intensely and always fall asleep before it’s over. We then have to listen to the rest of the story the next day at nap time lol. Thank you for making a grandmothers life easier and for reading to my precious granddaughters a safe, soothing, calming and sometimes exciting story each time we listen. Our favorites are little house on prairie and maida’s little shop and Mada’s little house. The girls can’t wait to here what’s coming next! Again, thank you for your hard work and time in putting together these stories and with no interruptions , to alarm the girls just as they are going to sleep, they do go to sleep swiftly and quietly and sleep well. My daughter ask me “ mom, how do you do it?, how do you get them to bed so early and quickly and get them to sleep so well? So I had to share my, our, success with her and now she’s a listener too!
