Excellent new podcast

Great content if you’re interested in baseball, sports and training in general. From a tech/nerd perspective. These guys also played and are top athletes. Really unique content.

Really great podcast very fun and informative. Not only do these guys really know what they're talking about, but they don't edit out when they make mistakes proving that the combination of research and drinks is a road less traveled, but also is definitely worth it.
