Long time favorite!

Been a listener since day 1 and still love this podcast! Felt like a piece of home listening to this every week when I was stationed overseas. Timely CrossFit news, hilarious segments, and quality guests. Thanks for doing what you do guys!

Lauren Khalil interrupts more than she contributes

I’ve always listened and thought Tommy & Sean did a good job. By adding Lauren into the mix, I’ve begun to not be able to stand listening due to her constantly interrupting them, as well as guests.
