Name's 24 Hour Challenge

I've worked with over 300 people on speaking and what I’ve found is that we're missing the gap when we do our introduction. So that's your baseline, again, you have you may not be a professional speaker, but you have a message, you have something you want to share your platform is why this product or service is important. You're just not on a stage. So always think in terms of speaking, and then think about, am I making it about me or them? Is it about the problem I solve? Or is it about all the letters by my name? And those of you listening, be really honest with yourself because there's so much of a growth opportunity here. And this is where you tell people the problem you solve.

I'm a business coach. So what! So are 100 other people here. What's the problem you solve? And I don't mean that ugly, but you've got to be able to separate yourself. And if you don't know why you're good, and you're different, how are they supposed to know? And then it's got to be clear. Whether you are with a group of friends or in a community, you can do this. Because you are going to need feedback. Do your one minute introduction, I'm giving you 60 seconds, a little more than 30 seconds. And, it's just really name, who you work with problem you solve. When I introduce myself, I never say my company name, it's really irrelevant. I want people to know me. And when you have 30 or 60 seconds, that is precious real estate time. The challenge is to do your one minute and count the number of times you say I and try to talk about the problem you solve and the benefits to the receiver.
