It doesn't matter what industry you're in, or what your gender or age is, it’s the same conversation that goes on. Most great entrepreneurs didn't have it figured out. They had tons of fears. They had failures or challenges along the way. But they believed they had to try because they were driven by their passion, purpose, and mission. And it’s when you understand your “why,” that pulls you through those really tough moments.

Having a direct relationship with customers when you're going through those challenging times is also helpful. They are the ones who will pull you and give you energy to keep going.

Some Reinvention Tips

There are so many roles and it's a great way to try things on to try and figure out.

Startups are not one size fits all. It makes a really big difference in defining what kind of start up you want to build. Take baby steps. Maybe write a mini-business plan and start playing around with it.

The Key to Living an Undaunted Life

You’ve your journey up until this point where you can pick and choose how those things might be relevant.
