E07: How to Handle the Half-Habit Pattern

Today’s episode is all about the Half-Habit Pattern from the Playing Small Pattern series. This pattern normally reveals itself in our struggle to keep promises to ourselves and in our struggle to stay committed.

In business owners, this pattern can create a lot of guilt and frustration, causing us to feel like we are not enough. We create this expectation that we must show up every day and perform to the best of our ability because if we don’t, we are not good enough. Sound familiar?
