That scary feeling of starting over, starting from scratch. Have you been there? I’m guessing yes. In the first episode of Your Time Is Now, we’re reframing that thought. 

I don’t believe in starting over. There’s no such thing as “back to square one.” There are only lessons meant to be learned that will get you to the next great chapter of your life. So, I am here today to give you permission. 

Permission to start again as many times as you want. It's never starting over. You're never starting from scratch. You're using your past experiences as lessons to move forward, to shift and change.
