Giuseppe explains exactly how anyone can achieve financial freedom by doing rent to rent. 

They would just need £5k to £7k to start off with for refurb costs. 

Then they find a suitable single let property to rent, and then rent out the rooms individually for more money. Then rinse and repeat. 

He manages 150 rooms now.
