It was very positive and encouraging. I walked away with lots of great nutrition and diet information that works. I didn’t understand that the food I was eating was actually hurting me. I now know what to eat and not to eat. Everyday I was excited to listen to Kim’s daily challenge tips. I finally found someone who has totally changed my mindset of what diet and weight loss really is. I plan on doing another program as soon as my knee surgery is over. Meanwhile I will continue to use her very helpful challenge tips to stay fit and healthy. I still have a long way to go to get to my ideal weight but I now feel I can reach it. I recommend Kim Eagle to anyone who wants to loss weight with real foods, no fad diets. Kim Eagles POD casts are fantastic too. Great to listen to while driving to work, so motivating.
