Great podcast

Love the hosts and east coast bias. I particularity enjoyed the Tom Green and Phil Pinti episodes as they are both from my home town. Ryan made a significant oversight in Phil’s post Yeti 100 episode. He said Phil was the only one racing Yeti 100 he was following. Tom Green was there and finished before the cutoff too for his second 100 mile finish since his accident. Tom Green is an OG east coast trail and Ultra Runner.

This podcast is probably responsible for the white claw shortage

Great podcast and always enjoyable. Definitely have laughed out loud on my run listening to this. The nutrition episode was hands down one of the best podcasts on ultra- nutrition.

Tale of two microphones

Ryan sounds like a radio DJ with the bubbly personality to match. Sean sounds like...well half the time I can’t understand what he’s saying because he seems to get really poor cell reception from whatever remote location he calls in from on his flip phone, but he always sounds grumpy. For the first few months of listening to this podcast, I would think to myself god, this podcast would be great if it was just Ryan. He’s funny. I can understand him. But then I came to realize that Ryan feeds off of Sean. Ryan and Sean are an odd couple, like Felix and Oscar, like Arnold and Danny, like Will and Mark, like Murtaugh and Riggs, like Smith and Jones, they make it work. They both have their unique contributions to their partnership that keep me tuning in to each episode. Kudos to Ryan and Sean, the odd couple.
