Life changing!

I never write reviews but I had to pause the episode I’m currently listening to so I could write this immediately because I feel so strongly about it! I recently spent over $1,000 on a food freedom program and while it has been somewhat helpful, the knowledge and encouragement I’ve gotten from listening to this podcast has helped me significantly more!! The hosts literally speak to my soul! They are SO well-spoken, knowledgeable, funny, inspiring, and overall an absolute joy to listen to! I listen in the car, in the shower, while I hold my son, any chance I can get! I’ve learned so much already and can’t wait to groom through every episode. Thank you for this podcast and for all you do. I know it seems dramatic but I’m not kidding when I say this has changed my life!
