Always positive, uplifting, and helpful!

The thing I love about these ladies is that they genuinely just want to put good out into the world. They share such great insights and ideas on how to overcome problems with food and body image that I definitely need and like to hear! And as a mother of daughters everything they share is something I want to internalize so that I can help my daughters internalize them too!
