Like talking with a best friend

I recommend Edit Your Life to the parents and humans in my life all the time. Past episodes with Christine and Asha are like listening in to a conversation between my own friends. I learn so much from their easy and thoughtful conversations— it’s enlightening. I fee like I’ve become more empathetic with my kids and in life because of this podcast. The latest episodes with Christine are like having a chat with a friend over coffee. Thank you for teaching me gratitude, empathy, and mindfulness.

We all need more Christine!

I have been listening to this podcast for years and sort of ashamed I am just now coming to rate and review it. I enjoyed it while it was Christine and Asha – they had a great companionship that made for a good listen. Now that it is just Christine and an occasional guest, I feel even more connected – maybe I feel like it is a discussion between the 2 of us now?

I relate to Christine’s embracing her academic and creative pursuits, her less than a fun time upbringing, and her balance of wanting to get into the theory of why things get in our way, but also offering practical solutions.

This is one of the few podcasts that I listen to the day it drops. We all need more Christine in our lives!
