Editor’s Note: Mental health crisis response deal falls through Student Life Newspaper Podcasts

Back in March, the University’s Public Safety Committee called for licensed mental health professionals to respond to mental health crises instead of WUPD officers. And, while the University announced in May that they’d implement this recommendation, a recent Student Life investigation found that the future of this initiative is uncertain.
