Perfectionism vs. Procrastination
How do we stop the paralyzing affect of perfectionism in teen?
Human beings have various different kinds of intellectual strengths. These strengths are very important in how kids learn. An education that treats everybody the same way is actually a very unfair education. Startlingly, I learned that a typical American classroom was really only set up to meet the learning style needs of 20% of the class. That meant that 80% of a typical classroom of students were either falling between the cracks or forced to make their own accommodations.

We have to take an innovative, entrepreneurial and creative approach to education if we want our kids to have the lit-up-brain-effect at school and the careers to match.
