Pamoja is an electronic dance music DJ and producer duo originating from Johannesburg, South Africa,
consisting of Elton ''Majava'' Ndlovu and Xivumbiwa Anthony ''Rhino'' Vukeya.They create Electronic
dance music that is heavily influenced by themes such as spirituality, the core existence of every living
thing and ancient ideologies.They style of production merges elements of Tribal house, Progressive
house, Techno and Trance. The duo's name "Pamoja", is driven from the Swahili language that is spoken
by people from East Africa , the word ''Pamoja'' simply means "together''.
The duo started working together in the year 2021,when they worked on their debut single titled
Manguruwane, which set to be released earlier next year of 2023 by the United Kingdom based record
label, Aluku Records.In the mid year 2022, they released a remix for the single I'm Taken by South African
singer Nhlanzeko and producer Brightkay,under the imprint called Gruv Manics Music,they are also
releasing their debut single titled Taxidi under SwitchLab (IT) during the summer's various artists
compilation that feature the likes of Aura, Anorre,Aaron Sevilla,Kollective Groove and DJVoY,Sediis.
During that year they performed at an events alongside Vinny Da Vinci ,Dj Buhle,LeSoul,Leeu,Blackvillian
& SGVO.
