    The foundation was established after the tragic passing of his sister-in-law, Dr. Lorna Breen, who as an emergency medicine physician in New York at the height of the pandemic. Since then, Feist and his wife Jennifer Breen Feist, have built an advocacy campaign with powerful storytelling and effective collaborations to advance the first of it's kind legislation in Congress.
