The WAY, is in those whispers of truth you experience everyday.
-Inhale what’s good-
Sneaking in Silence is: A podcast about Cannabis & Mindfulness.
Join me and Guest Jasai Madden of Alaiyo Waistbead as we enjoy a pre-roll and discuss mindfulness.
Jasai is a certified Kundalini Yoga instructor, author of The New FastGirls and mindfulness facilitator; which means she teaches people how to be with what is, exactly as it is, with clarity, grace, and compassion.
Primarily using tools of refraining including fasting, silence, and stillness, Jasai seeks to illuminate the truth that being deeply connected to the present moment is the only true and lasting freedom available to us all, always.
She has recently added the art and practice of waistbead wearing to her toolkit which provides women with the opportunity to reconnect to their center and rediscover their own endless reservoir of beauty, power, balance, and Being.
