Elijah Dhavvan is the front man and principal songwriter for Tobias The Owl, a musical group based in the Pacific Northwest of the United States. Elijah’s story is fascinating, from his birth in Morocco to his grappling with, and surviving, a life threatening illness in recent years, all inspiring the music of Tobias The Owl and their new CD A Safe Harbor For Wayward Echoes.
