A surprising gem

Downloaded the app to measure my HRV (which is also excellent & will write data to training peaks) from there stumbled across the podcast. This is a really solid podcast. Guests are knowledgeable with fantastic grasp of physiology and the impact of various factors on athletic performance and wellness. I’m hard to impress with podcasts but this is a new favorite. Anyone looking to improve performance should give this a listen.

Biofeedback for the win!

I recently listened to the conversation with Dr. Hart and it rings true to everything I have learned over the past decade with yoga as well as teaching recovering addicts how to use yoga asana and pranayama to manage internal response to both thoughts and external situations in a positive way.

I believe this 2020’s will be the decade of truly bringing together so many different aspects of performance through powerful biofeedback technologies to cultivate the next generations of highly capable, compassionate humans.
