Episode 47: Whole Brain Functioning and LifeFood Nutrition
In this episode, Annie Padden Jubb returns to the podcast to share wisdom from her may years teaching the 'Whole Brain Fucntioning' program, a self improvement program geared towards acheiving states of excellence through awareness of the mind body connection. She also shares in on the origins of LifeFood nutrition, her signature raw food program that was born out of a push in the 80s and 90s to return to a more natural way of practicing health. I really enjoyed this conversation with her, as Annie along with her then husband Dr. David Jubb were really pioneers in within the movement of alternative health, and a big influence on my own journey in working to better myself and my health.
