Going all in with your soul’s work
This episode is expanding on a piece I wrote about how the theme for this year emerged - it's all about going all in when it comes to our soul's work and we're doing it workshop style!
In this episode I riff on...
How going all in can feel edgy, dangerous and the important re-frame that can allow us to expand.
The role that our past traumas play in going all in.
An important message that emerged about going all in which is key to taking the pressure off.
I take you through some workshop style inquires that peel back the layers to identify where you're being called to go all in, the support you need and more.
Plus, I talk about going all in in a way that's regenerative and doesn't subscribe to grind culture, exploitation and extraction.

Decolonizing Rage
I know a podcast is not a substitute for therapy, but just an hour of the constant rage and a validation and explanation for it all is changing me.
Thought provoking conversation
Conversation is eye opening and powerful for personal growth and self-love.
Wow!
This episode was so revealing, healing and cathartic, truly a blessings to all who listen. I was in tears, laughing, shouting “preach” and resonating on so many levels. Thank you for sending out this light love and acceptance and acknowledgment of rage and the embodiment of “feeling in order to do the healing”, LOVE that quote btw thank you. Thanks for your work and love through healing in such a brave Goddess way! Many blessings
