I have taught in-person classes in the US and in over 10 countries across Europe and Africa. I was originally charging for these online classes, and then I realized that I wanted to give them free to the world. Superpower

Taking a look at my own superpower and feeling the different emotions helps me identify what I’m feeling in the moment and where I’m at with it all. Thank you Jim for creating the space for this.

I believe this simple exercise will help me to be more aware when I’m using my superpower :)
