169. How to use your mindset to go from feeling negative, resistant and overwhelmed to being playful, light-hearted and happy.
Sharing a personal story today. You might relate to this one.
Feeling negative, resistant and overwhelmed because your mind is predicting a story of what 'might happen' if you do something. (Ex: Going to Target with 4 kids)
Your mind is so powerful. It likes to make predictions and it likes to be right. So how can you use your mind to serve you and change your thoughts?
In this episode you will learn HOW (practically) I shifted my thoughts to show up as light-hearted, playful and happy without changing the circumstance.

Relief
This podcast makes me feel like I’m not alone. I want to be better for the humans I love most!

The Stillness In our Home
This podcast is powerful! As a homeschooling mom of 4 I’ve been feeling especially guilty this week after my 4th baby reached the 6 week mark. He’s 6 weeks so now so I feel a lot of pressure, like I HAVE to be back to NORMAL, no excuses. But last Tuesday we sat, we still did some school, I still completed some work and dinner was in the oven, but it felt different. We sat guilt free, because you gave us permission and reminded me of the biblical values and priorities we want in our home. Thank you.
