    In today's episode I decided to share a little bit about my history of disordered eating, the correlation it had to body image issues and fat-phobia within our society, the BMI scale (& why I don't like it), as well as the ramifications that I have been facing (including, but not limited to, the loss of my period). I wanted to share this because I feel that stories are powerful, my younger-self could have benefited from this type of story, and openly acknowledging this dark part of my life is very healing for me. I never want my episodes to cause harm to anyone, so please use discernment and look at the trigger warnings before listening if these topics are triggering for you personally.

Wonderful Podcast!

Omg! Even though she only have a few episodes out, I am already in love with Rachel’s podcast! It’s so positive and funny! I love how she’s so knowledgeable about what she’s talking about. My favorite time to listen is in the morning when I’m getting ready. It puts me in a more productive mood. I’m not a professional podcast reviewer, but I would totally recommend listening if you need some more positivity in your life!
