New format

I’ve been listening for a little over a year and I must say that I love the new format. I really enjoy the “why” behind what we are doing. I’ve heard so much bro science over the years that it’s nice to hear legitimate studies that help drive the programming to its fullest potential.

Here for the long haul.

As a EO3 Coach in the making, it's soooooo cool to hear you guys talk about, apply, and explain (as you would to any EO3 athlete) all the different topics you covered so far in the episodes.
And I have to say, it's super refreshing hearing you guys talk as if you are just around friends and discussing different subjects.
