    Marc Gutman is a storyteller, entrepreneur, adventurer, and idealist. But most
    importantly, Marc loves brands and their stories. Marc held several positions in the story business. He served as Story Editor for Oliver Stone’s Illusion Entertainment, and wrote stories and screenplays for Oliver Stone, Warner Bros., and 20th Century Fox.
    In addition to his time in Hollywood, Marc itched the entrepreneurial scratch by founding a multimillion dollar tech company in Boulder, Colorado. Today, Marc focuses his energy on Wildstory, the brand strategy studio for brands that want to outmaneuver their competition. Wildstory has worked with brands like Thor Industries, Airstream, El Cap, Planet Granite, Earth Treks, Movement, Inboard, Outward Bound School, and First Descents.

This is Gold!

This is like going to video marketing school for free! Seriously, I’m so thankful for this resource. As I was listening to episode 189, and I heard Guy and Ben share frustrations of seeing businesses kill a good video campaign with bad placement or forced creative. I’ve been screaming about this too. Sooo, frustrating!!
I’ve made hundreds of TV ads and corporate videos, played with creating online content and I’m now ready to ramp my new business up (Digital Film Farm), so I’m bingeing these episodes and visiting the websites of Ben’s guests. I’m actually devoting a week to selective listening and taking notes. I’m about to launch my new website and will be adding a lot of content. I’m taking on fewer clients while adding strategy and Facebook Ad management services. Thanks Ben. Hope to be a success story guest someday. Keep up the good work!

I own a small business and recently started to get into video marketing, encouraged by reading books by Marcus Sheridan. The Engage Video Marketing Podcast has been great for me to get better with video and how to be more strategic how to use it. Not every episode is as pertinent to my situation, but there is so much knowledge here that I am really thankful that I stumbled upon this podcast!
