Whether individually or by managing or leading the change management process herself, Carla has been instrumental in boardrooms worldwide, including in the U.S., Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Munich, and Brussels. Her accomplishments abroad in different cultures have given Carla a unique capability in global change enablement because of her ability to introduce a common language and international perspective.
The thread that runs through Carla’s work is a love of personal and business transformation.
