Practicality

I really like the message Bryan is putting out there. He seems to have taken it upon himself to acquire the education, skills, and knowledge to change his own life and know he wants to help enlighten others. The content is very straightforward and seems pretty neutral -not biased by sponsorships or affiliations. Overall really great content no matter where you are (beginning/advanced) in your journey of whole body fitness and health.
