EA 26 - 2020 Vision #3: Derek updates ya, sound healing by Alyssa, and what's next for EA
Fear is the ultimate illness. Preaching can't cure this. 'You can't touch this' - MC Hammer. We traveled 27 states and crossed a border and still are here to tell the tale. The second half of the show is a healing session with Tibetan singing bowls by the lovely Alyssa Figaro Straat.

EA 25 - Chris Panasky of the Bike Tour Adventures Podcast: Indonesia beginnings, two-wheeled stories, and an adrenaline heartbeat
Chris Panasky of the Bike Tour Adventures Podcast talks why, how and what to bring if you want to see the world on two wheels. Yeah, a bike. Like with your legs, pedal powered! Useful tips like https://www.warmshowers.org/ (not creepy) and what kit (gear) to buy, Chris recommends: https://www.ortlieb.com to get you started. A pre-pandemic show, but still valuable when we can roam, and hopefully, soon. He talks about a bike tour that he now can't take, but the information is valuable and I hope you enjoy this guy's adventurous spirit. Thanks, Chris!
