Loving this!

Loving this podcast! Learning so much! SJ is so relatable and authentic! Her episodes on the enneagram and other topics are very educational, while not being boring and getting to the root of the issues in a way that is compassionate, socially aware, and encouraging.

SJ’s realness is magnetic

The content is informative and fun to listen to, but I find I love hearing how she sees and moves through the world. She is organized and has a great structure. I feel like I’m connecting with a great friend.

I’ve Learned So Much!

I love this podcast! It has taught me so much about the enneagram, myself, and others in a lighthearted, easy to understand way. I’m excited to continue to use what I’ve learned to improve my relationships and better understand myself.

Social 7s for better or worse

I was excited to find this podcast from a fellow social 7, as there’s not a lot of info out there specific to how we motivate and work, and I found some of the planning your week episodes in particular to really resonate and appreciated her direct acknowledgment of race and privilege—this framing helps build trust with me as a social 7. But I’m seeking this help out because the injustice and rapidity of our very preventable climate crisis has been creating intense emotional/spiritual distress for me in how I’ve historically centered my planning, and the constant normalization of high emissions choices like extremely frequent flight and new purchases just became too disturbing in the most recent episodes, and too detached from the reality we face with the near-term collapse of the AMOC. My best to Sarahjane; I think her approach is solid and hope to return to subscribing when there is more of a lived ethos and awareness of the climate context behind what she shares.

100/10

If you’re not listening, you’re doing your whole self a disservice. It’s SO good! Sarajane’s shining personality keeps you joyful, while the heart-opening teachings keep you coming back to learn more about yourself. It’s absolutely beautiful.

Long time listener but..

starting to become somewhat bored with the podcast. Perhaps part of the reason is that just by virtue of the fact that the podcast is focused on a limited subject matter, it’s hard to stay interested and hard for SJC to keep coming up with new topics related to the enneagram. Aside from the episodes where she has a guest, the podcast is very scripted and feels as if she’s just reading from a book. Maybe a more conversational approach, at least occasionally, would keep it fresh and feeling more authentic. She seems like a great person and I feel like we’re missing out on the real person behind the microphone.

Updated review! I’ve totally noticed a change in the tenor of the podcast. SJ is much more conversational which allows more of her personality to shine through! I think it makes a huge difference for the listener. I look forward to listening again!

Personal Growth in the Most Relaxing Way!

I thought the enneagram was a quick test with some results about my motivating factors. I heard Sarajane in another podcast and decided to explore further. Her calming, relaxed approach to a very detailed and nuanced means for personal growth and connecting with others is simply a joy to listen to.

One of the best enneagram podcasts!

I found Enneagram & Coffee doing a simple search on Enneagram podcasts. So many came up and so I started listening. They are all pretty good, but this one keeps catching me off guard in such a great and surprising way. Behind Sarajane’s pleasant, humble and laid back manner is a deeply engaging, insightful, and caring Enneagram teacher. I find myself learning new ways to think about all the types. Her recent interview with Susan Piver is why I’m finally putting pen to paper and giving this podcast a long deserved 5 star rating. This podcast and Ian Cron’s Typeology are my two go-to podcasts on the Enneagram. Thank you Sarajane!

A great way to learn about enneagram

I love this podcast and Sarah Jane’s expert, original take on the enneagram. The episodes are so digestible and, at the same time, packed with information. Through this podcast and her book, The Honest Enneagram, Sarah Jane has taught me more about viewing each part of myself through a strengths-based perspective.

Wholesome and Calming

I discovered SaraJane’s podcast shortly after I learned of the enneagram (maybe 2 years ago) and it’s now one of my primary sources of self development as I strive to become more self aware. SaraJane is human and entitled to her own opinions and beliefs. I can’t believe that some people in the ratings who gave her a 1 star for staying true to herself and beliefs really can’t take things with a grain of salt? No content out there is going to vibe 100% with you unless it’s your own. Can we please stop pulling down others who so beautifully are trying to make the world a better place by FREELY sharing their knowledge and self in such a vulnerable way? Anyway there was a time the ads came too frequently, but it was short lived. I believe there is a greater balance of content to ads now. The podcast is living, breathing and growing; give it grace. I’m excited to see SaraJane not stretch herself too thin with social media and really focus on her passions. I’m positive her content for her followers will be uplifting and reveal even more of the SaraJane we have grown to cherish and love!
