This is a no no, says Keri, this will make you want to eat everything if you put yourself in a counting craze. Keri believes a lot of our bad food habits could have come from being told negative things when we were younger. She shares that we should use our intuition to eat, that we should listen to our bodies more. Achieving the cookie confidence, which means, if you are craving a cookie and that is truly what your body is telling you, then have a cookie. Food currency can be either positive or negative. Alan shares that he got a somatic healing and was told he carries a lot of negative energy. Keri shares how carrying around past wants or traumas can lead one to eating disorders. She says we need to live on purpose with purpose. Realigning and developing a healthy regiment is needed to make yourself a priority.

Brian says, reporter are giving feeds based off of what they are hearing instead of real investigating. He continues to say how media companies need to have a more integrated approach to their business with a combination of print and online. With that said, Brian says having a good search engine helps optimize your brand and that there is a true science behind marketing in todays digital world. He also goes onto share about teaching classes and bringing in guest speakers who have succeeded at building a company. Brian says he learns from his students as well.
