In this installment of The itsme Podcast I interview Zen Runner, leader of a community called the Slow Runners Club. He talks about how he turned a podcast about weight loss into a tight-knit group of runners who aren't speed-focused. Now, through SRC, he represents "the back of the pack" and is hoping to build more awareness of the demand from runners like his community members.
