Ep 07: Finding Yourself with Jasmin Lesniak The Happy Mama Movement with Amy Taylor-Kabbaz

Jasmin Lesniak is the founder of Motherground; she has a background in health and wellbeing as well as expertise in running women’s retreats and special events. She is a qualified Counsellor with a strong interest in holistic health and wellbeing.
“I was needing some time out; somewhere to go for a couple of days where I could re-ground and centre myself, most importantly somewhere I could go with my new baby. Nothing existed. So I decided to create it.
Every aspect of a Motherground Retreat has been gently and thoughtfully designed with new mum’s wants and needs in mind.  Motherground retreats are something that every mother should be able to experience and enjoy”.
Jasmin’s hope for all new mums is that they can allow themselves the gift of time and space to relax, re-connect and find their balance so they can tune in to their innate wisdom and strength of their Motherground.
