Great Podcast and coach!

I met Jaclyn a few years ago and have worked with her on imperfect eating and mindset. She is honest and very relatable. I recommend reaching out to Jaclyn and/or listen to her podcast for anyone who is looking to improve their mindset and open to growth!

Love her so very much. She does need to work on sound quality but even with that factored in she’s more than worth the listen.
