Ep.114 - Dustin Cold Turkey

    • Mental Health

Dustin has opened up to all of his life story and early trauma that has initiated his rabbit hole of substance abuse. He then found himself, picked himself up and his now realizing stuff that he would have never EVER imagined. He is also quite involved in his community to help his next of kin in getting better. He is a great human being that I can't wait for you to hear.

In his own words:

"I think the biggest is that no matter what the world throws at us, there is hope. Through everything we go through in our journey of battling our disease, a way out has been blazed by the people before us. I am grateful for that and the life I live today. I have a life and sense of freedom today and face my fears no matter what the world throws at us, and 2020 has thrown a lot at all of us, I think the recovery community has a unique opportunity to give back to the world and help generations heal wounds that we are used to working with. It is important for me to give back to the community that gave so freely to me and be a productive member of society and I am blessed to do that each and every day."
